Today I traveled around Memphis and North Mississippi looking at real estate. At one point during the afternoon I saw a scrolling display on a sign with a temperature reading of 78! For Memphis this is not uncommon…if it was Mid-May. I am not sure if this is global warming or not, but it is weird. I just planted some tulips yesterday (yes I was late) and may see them blooming before the end of the month.
